5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand.

6. Enterprise Version

7. User Content
When you record and transcribe audio, you retain ownership of your recordings and text output. By using Badger, you grant us a license to process and store your recordings solely for the purpose of providing the App’s features.

9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Badger:
For illegal or unauthorized purposes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Badger is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
